Webhooks

Create a webhook to receive a signed POST when something changes.

Your endpoint must answer 2xx within 10 seconds. Failed deliveries are retried at 1 min, 5 min, 30 min, 2 h, 6 h and 24 h; after that the webhook is disabled and the owner is emailed. Deliveries are at-least-once, so deduplicate with event.id.
